Founders Story
Rekha’s journey into fashion began long before The Missing Element. At 15, she dreamt of starting her own clothing brand, driven by a passion for fashion and a desire to create something meaningful through this form of art. But losing her mother at 17, her rock and inspiration, left a profound void in her life.
Years later, Rekha became a successful executive at an estate planning firm. Despite her demanding career, she spent weekends chasing her dream once again and building her fashion brand. This time around, it was more than just a brand; it was a tribute to her mother, the missing element in her life.
What began as a dream is now a streetwear brand in Dubai, with each piece embodying the values her mother instilled in her while growing up – treating everyone with kindness and compassion, and always following your heart.
